ABOUT CONFERENCE

First regional Cyber Security Conference in Montenegro was held on June 2^nd 2017 at the hotel Splendid Spa&Resort in Budva. The conference was organized by Vision Event, patronized by the Ministry of Public Administration of Montenegro, Ministry of Defense of Montenegro, Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information and Embassy of the Slovak Republic.

Project Cyber Security conference was realized with the primary objective - to provide insight into setting up, maintaining and improving information security and data protection in companies and institutions, through information and education on ways to prevent, detect, defense, as well as alleviating the consequences of cyberattacks.

The main theme of the conference was "The risks and protective measures against cybercrime, in accordance with NATO principles and achievements in the field of cyber security."

Cyber ​​Security Conference hosted more than 120 participants from Montenegro, the region and Europe. Conference participants were directors and managers of institutions and organizations, including ICT departments: the government and its institutions, ministries, financial institutions (banks, insurance companies), public sector, telecommunications, auditing and IT companies.
