Franziska Klopfer

Franziska Klopfer works in the Europe and Central Asia Division of the Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance (DCAF), where she heads the Cybersecurity and Civil Society Programmes.
Currently she is directing the DCAF project “Enhancing Cybersecurity Governance in the Western Balkans” funded by the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
Franziska holds an LLM from Queen Mary University London and an MA in Human Rights from University College London. She previously worked on internet governance in the Council of Europe and UNCTAD.
