Ph.D. Uroš Svete

Acting Director-General, Information Society Directorate, Ministry of Public Administration of Slovenia

Uroš Svete is all-round professional in the fields of defence and security studies, conflict analysis and contemporary military history. Uroš has extensive experience in teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels for domestic and international audience.

Currently, he is acting Director-General at Information Society Directorate of Ministry of Public Administration.

Until 2018 he was associated profesor of Defense Studies at Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ljubljana.

Uroš was member of Senate of Faculty of Social Sciences (2011 to 2017) and trainer in EU civilian crisis management courses within Europe's New Training Initiative for Civilian Crisis Management (ENTRI).
Mr Svete is member of many international projects and researches.
